Who We Are
Felicia Weingartner has been practicing law and fighting for individuals and families in New Mexico for more than 32 years. Felicia graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 1991 and is licensed to practice law in New Mexico in both State and Federal Courts.
After gaining experience in cases with national exposure, Felicia returned to her passion of helping individuals and their families navigate the legal system. Since opening her own law firm Felicia has concentrated on providing quality representation in medical malpractice cases, although she continues to handle cases in other areas of litigation depending on the circumstances of the case.
Our Firm’s History
Felicia began her legal career working in the largest personal injury firm in the State. There, she honed her skills handling complex cases involving multiple parties as well as individual cases involving catastrophic injuries and extensive damages.
Our Investment in New Mexico
Felicia routinely supports Roadrunner Foodbank, Taos Community Foundation, Casa Esperanza, and Barrett Foundation through her donations and service time.
Felicia is also a proud supporter of New Mexico education through her donations to local schools and organizations. For more than 10 years she volunteered at St. Mary’s School and St. Pius X High School.
